PC Miler Navigator warranty and return policy

WARRANTY: ALK Technologies, Inc warrants this unit for a period of ONE YEAR from the purchase date from ALK directly, or from an Authorized Reseller (such as Dieselboss.com), against manufacturing defects or unit failures. This warranty includes the EXCHANGE ONLY of the defective unit through the ALK Warranty Exchange Program.

In order to initiate the WARRANTY EXCHANGE PROCESS, you must contact ALK directly to authorize the exchange of the defective unit. You will be instructed how and where to return your unit for replacement at that time.

RETURNS: The ONLY returns for REFUND from Dieselboss on working units is for a period of 30 days from the purchase date. The units and all accessories MUST BE RETURNED COMPLETE AND IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION. You must call in to us at 866-851-2346 to authorize a return under these circumstances and the purchaser shall pay the shipping costs back to Dieselboss, Inc. There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds on working units.
