1. Link-Share - Dieselboss will provide space on ON OUR LINKS PAGES to add a hyper-link to your site or your banner IN EXCHANGE for a reciprocal link or banner FOR FREE. Webmasters, click HERE to use our web-based feedback form to add your free link. Dieselboss will add your banner or text link ON OTHER PAGES within our domain for custom rates agreed upon depending on which page and the size of your link. DieselBoss reserves the sole right to refuse or discontinue Link-Share with any site deemed inappropriate or not applicable. DieselBoss reserves the right to modify its Link-Share fees at its sole discretion for future renewals and new sign-ups, but will honor any current agreements until the completion of the original term as long as the content of the linked site continues to meet the original criteria at the time of sign-up (i.e. No illegal content, non-competing business, etc.) If DieselBoss discontinues Link-Share with any site at its discretion, the agreed-upon fee will be refunded to the paying party pro-rated by dividing into the number of months in which the link or banner was active on a page within the DieselBoss domain (i.e. If your ad or link was up for 6 months at the time it was brought down, you will receive 50% of the original fee in return.) |

We will add or update the current "return" information for any listing within the appropriate category of database for free upon the request of a legitimate representative of that business.
