| Thank you for your purchase. You have an email now with the receipt. The product key code that you will need after you have installed the program on your computer has also been emailed to you separately. KEEP YOUR PRODUCT KEY CODE EMAIL IN A SAFE PLACE. You will need that key to install or upgrade your program! IMPORTANT! - If you already had CoPilot Truck 9 (older version) and you are using this page to upgrade to the 2019 version, YOU MUST DEACTIVATE YOU CURRENT OLDER COPILOT 9 KEY. To do this, open your CoPilot while you have an internet connnection and click to "Main Menu" then "My CoPilot" at the bottom, then "Change Device" then "Mobile Internet" to deactivate it. After a minute, if you get a message that says "We're Sorry" and the deactivation was not successful, ignore this and click "Ok" and then close your old CoPilot. You can now continue with this new installation using your old version 9 key when asked. |
Next, Please choose the correct version below for your operating system and SAVE the file to your hard drive. Make sure that you know were you saved it on your computer too. After it has been saved, run or double-click the file to begin the install process and follow the on-screen prompts. CAUTION: This is approximatley 290 Mb download, so make sure that you have a good internet connection first. You can always come back and download it later if you need to get somewhere with a better connection at another place and time. |

* If you don't know whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit then you can check it in the "System" section in your Windows "Control Panel." If yours is 64-bit, then it will say "64-bit operating system" or if it is a Windows 7, 8, 10 computer then it will say "32-bit operating system" or "64-bit operating system" in the system properties window. If you still do not know for sure, then call us and we will help determine with you. |
